1. Purpose
BluTec provides cloud dialer and communication technology. Customers must use the Platform lawfully and in a way that does not harm end users, networks, or BluTec’s ability to operate.
2. Lawful use & telecom compliance
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
- Obtain appropriate consent before calling or messaging contacts, where required
- Comply with TRAI rules, DLT / telemarketing frameworks, and other applicable telecom regulations
- Honour do-not-call / preference preferences and sector-specific restrictions
- Maintain accurate KYC and business information when requested
3. Prohibited activities
You must not, and must not allow others to:
- Send spam or conduct unsolicited bulk calling / messaging
- Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
- Bypass, evade, or misuse DLT, TRAI, or carrier controls
- Use fake, misleading, illegal, or harassing scripts or caller identity practices
- Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals
- Attempt to probe, disrupt, or compromise Platform security or other tenants
- Use the service for unlawful surveillance or content that violates applicable law
4. Call content & customer responsibility
You are solely responsible for call content, scripts, lead sources, targeting, consent records, and how your agents use the Platform. BluTec is a technology provider and does not control day-to-day calling decisions made by your organisation.
5. Suspension & enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, limit features, or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is misuse, regulatory risk, fraud, or breach of this AUP or the Terms of Service—including immediately in serious cases. We may also cooperate with authorities or carriers when required.
