1. Platform ownership
The Platform—including software, APIs, documentation, designs, logos (except third-party marks), and related technology—is owned by Accel Minds AI Private Limited and/or its licensors, and marketed under the BluTec / BluTec Connect brands. No ownership of Platform IP is transferred to customers by using the service.
2. Limited license to use the service
Subject to the Terms and your paid plan (if applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Platform for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or white-label the Platform except under a separate written agreement.
3. Customer data & content
Customers retain rights in their own data and content (including uploaded leads, scripts they author, and call content they generate), subject to licences reasonably needed for BluTec to host, process, transmit, and support the service as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Notice.
4. Trademarks
“BluTec”, “BluTec Connect”, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of Accel Minds / BluTec (or its affiliates). You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission, except for fair nominative reference to the product.
5. Restrictions
Except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, you must not:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Platform interfaces or data beyond normal product use
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code of the Platform
- Remove proprietary notices or circumvent technical protections
- Copy or create derivative works of Platform software for competing products
