- Dialer infrastructure
- SIP, DID, and communication tools
- API-based integrations
BluTec acts solely as a technology service provider.
2. Account Registration & KYC
Access to services is subject to:
- Submission of valid KYC documents
- Business verification
- Approval by BluTec
BluTec reserves the right to:
- approve or reject any account
- suspend incomplete or suspicious profiles
3. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You agree that you will:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Obtain proper user consent before calling
- Comply with TRAI, DLT, and telecom regulations
- Avoid spam, fraud, harassment, or misleading communication
4. Prohibited Activities
You shall NOT:
- Perform spam or unsolicited bulk calling
- Use fake, misleading, or illegal scripts
- Conduct fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Bypass telecom regulations or DLT systems
5. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Call content and communication
- Target audience and consent
- Compliance with all laws and regulations
BluTec is not responsible for how you use the platform.
6. Services & Availability
- Services are provided on a best-effort basis
- Availability may depend on:
- telecom operators
- network conditions
- third-party providers
BluTec does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Pricing & Payments
- Services are prepaid unless agreed otherwise
- All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments once made are subject to refund terms (if applicable)
BluTec reserves the right to:
- revise pricing
- introduce new charges
- apply pass-through cost changes
8. Suspension & Termination
BluTec may suspend or terminate services:
- Immediately, without notice in case of:
- regulatory risk
- fraud or misuse
- security concerns
- With notice in other cases where applicable
Clients may terminate services as per agreed contract terms.
9. Data & Usage Monitoring
BluTec may:
- monitor usage patterns
- store call logs and activity
- audit usage for compliance
This is required for:
- service operation
- legal compliance
- fraud prevention
10. Third-Party Services
Services may depend on:
- telecom operators
- API providers
- infrastructure vendors
BluTec is not liable for failures caused by third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- BluTec shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- loss of business or revenue
- data loss or service interruption
- Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the preceding period.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify BluTec against:
- legal claims
- regulatory penalties
- damages or losses
arising from:
- misuse of services
- non-compliance
- unlawful activities
13. Data Protection
BluTec implements reasonable security measures. However, users are responsible for:
- safeguarding credentials
- proper data handling

14. Intellectual Property
- Platform, software, and systems remain property of BluTec
- Users receive limited rights to use the service
No ownership is transferred.
15. Modifications

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
