1. Overview
BluTec Connect is generally offered on a prepaid basis unless a written agreement states otherwise. Commercial terms for seats, usage, and one-time charges may differ by plan.
2. Prepaid seats & OTC charges
Prepaid seat fees, usage top-ups, and one-time / OTC charges are typically non-refundable, including for unused periods after activation, except where:
- We have agreed otherwise in writing; or
- A refund is required by applicable law
Billing errors that we confirm (e.g. duplicate charge) will be corrected by refund or account credit at our reasonable discretion.
3. Customised / enterprise plans
Customised or enterprise arrangements follow the refund, notice, and termination clauses in the applicable order form or master agreement. Where that contract conflicts with this page, the written contract controls.
4. How to request cancellation
To cancel or stop renewals:
- Email info@blutec.ai or tech@blutec.ai from an authorised account contact
- Include your organisation name, account identifier, and requested end date
- Complete any KYC or offboarding steps we reasonably require
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of prepaid amounts already paid. Access may continue until the end of the paid term unless suspended for misuse or non-payment.
5. Taxes & GST
Prices are generally exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, unless expressly stated otherwise. Taxes charged in accordance with law are typically not refundable except where the underlying taxable supply is reversed or as required by tax law.
