- Your full name and the email/phone associated with the enquiry or account
- Whether the request concerns a website lead, a platform account, or something else
- The type of request (access, correction, erasure, withdrawal of marketing consent, grievance, etc.)
- Enough detail for us to locate the relevant records
Primary inbox: tech@blutec.ai. For platform end-user data held in a customer tenant, we may redirect you to that customer as Data Fiduciary.

3. Expected process
Indicative steps (timelines to be confirmed with counsel before treating as commitments):
- Acknowledge — we aim to acknowledge receipt of a clear written request [indicative: within a few business days — counsel to confirm]
- Verify — we may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm identity or authority
- Respond — we aim to respond with an outcome, explanation, or next step [indicative: within timelines required by applicable law once confirmed — counsel to confirm]
Complex requests, legal holds, or incomplete information may extend response time. We may refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or not required by law.
4. Facilitating rights (IT Act / DPDP)
Subject to applicable law and verification, we will endeavour to facilitate requests such as access, correction, erasure (subject to retention limits), and withdrawal of consent for marketing contact where processing is consent-based. This facilitation does not constitute a claim that BluTec is certified or “fully compliant” under the DPDP Act or any other regime. See our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy.
